Rockstar comfirms that it is not San Andreas it's just Los Santos!

Shame..... but still can't wait. I set this thread up to make sure that people stop calling it San Andreas.

The license plates just show it's in the state of San Andreas and nothing more!

Hopefully it will be a lot bigger than what it was in San Andreas, from what I have seen it looks pretty damn big but if I remember correctly, Los Santos in San Andreas was only a small part of San Andreas....

well they did say the biggest game they have created, and also their re-imagining of southern california, so it sounds good.

It will be big and it will have surrounding countryside and mountains so I'm sure it will be bigger than the whole of San Andreas

If you remember in San Andreas the first island included Los Santos and the wilderness then San Fierro and Las Venturas were two seperate map areas making up the state of San Andreas.

Cant wait the game is going to be awesome i wonder if Rockstar will utilise Blu-ray storage capacity this time and release it on multiple disks for the other console like BF3 and LA Noire.

Doubtful. I'm sure the map will be more colourful and why are these 'leaked' images always blurred

I must admit I was hoping for the whole state of San Andreas to be in the game, but considering how good the graphics are, how detailed every tree is and how big people are saying Los Santos is, along with the countryside and Mount Chiliad (?), I wouldn't blame R* if they didn't have enough time to remake the whole of San Andreas.

One question I still have is: why is there supposedly more than one airport in the game? If there are in fact 2 or more airports, why would they all be situated in Los Santos?

Regardless, it looks fun and I'm looking forward to the release.

That's always my suspicion lol, they are never a clear picture.
