Rockstar North are working on an espionage type game called AGENT for PS3. This means it could be upto 2013, before we hear anything about GTA V. OP: They could also be working on replacing the GTA franchise with other free roaming games: Red Dead Redemption and L.A. Noire...Both of these games have been well recieved so far. There is only so far a game developer can go when sticking to a certain type of franchise. But in saying that; GTA is they're top selling Brand so I doubt they would replace it.

from gaming sources from all over the internet they are saying a late 2012 release

all rockstar have to do is put a annoucment at a possible release date

or is the next gta game going to be released on the next gen consoles ??
