was in gamestation today buying SR3 and the sales assistant said you want a free pre order for games next year then said it means you will get GTA% on launch day i was like are you sure its next year it's due out and she went checked with the manager and his words were "we had various launch emails from head office one of which was GTA5 and they have been informed of a Q3 2012 release date"

wether its truth or a gimmick to get people to preorder i dont have a clue

That's a realistic time frame, cos the trailer usually comes out a year before the game's launch (in most cases unlike GT5 trailer which was anounced in the 1900s) and with Rockstar stating they want to leave marketing till the last minute; kinda makes this release date believable, but what date specifically... I don't know.
