for the time u could just pause the game and look under the map

( yes i know pausing is not a ingame way of looking at the time but if u gotta meet someone at a certain time i always put in a waypoint to that person , so by doing that i also see the time

and u can just go and meet them btw , michelle told me to come at 1pm or 3 pm or w/e but i just go straight after the call en it doesn't change a thing to the story
