Alan Wake?... oh goody another cheap shot, worthless comparison between the two... the dark themes are similar, and both lead characters have a missing loved one, but that's about where the similarity ends..

Hey, don't bother buying Halo Reach, it'll be balls... buy God of War 3 instead.. See what I did just there?... compared two exclusives which aren't comparable..

Btw, I'm preordering Alan Wake, and it's my most (only) anticipated 360 exclusive this year..

Congrats... not only are you gravely wrong, but you just described 95% of games out there, including Uncharted 2, Gears of War 2, God of War 2, Halo 3.... you get the trend here?

i have an xbox and a ps3, yeah this game has issues which is anoying but when you actualy compare this game to a game from the xbox.. im sorry but you've got to be mad this game will beat it any day but thats just my opinion ^.^

8 hours to complete with crashes you musta played really badly...  (The worse you play the quicker you finish and you miss out on a lot of the game)

I have XBOX and PS3 and i dont think that between the consoles there is much difference...  EXCEPT games like uncharted 2 and Heavy Rain, both games knock spots off anything xbox has to offer..   Heavy rain does this despite its many many issues and bugs. 

This game isnt for everyone though and you are entitles to your opinion, its a thinking mans game, its for those that prefer a bit of story and substance to thier games.  For me this game beats ALL FPS games out there on PS3 and XBOX (Oh i and I have played them all)

The game is quality and does bring something NEW to the table there are not many games these days that do that.    

If insignificant glitches like screen tearing in places stop you enjoying a good story and game then perhaps the game isnt for you, if you really like fast paced action this again isnt the game for you..

I wont slate your opinion though, it is valid to you and at least you have played the game first before judging, and you didnt like the game, it really doesnt matter what anyone says to you it isnt going to change that fact and magically make you like it..

Everyone is entitled to thier opinions wether you agree or not they are still valid. 

I agree the title should be maybe Not impressed instead of Dont Buy this game, but then again posts that say buy this game are valid..
