The investigation of problems with Heavy Rain is continuing and as soon as a solution is completed it'll be released as quickly as possible. The major issue being faced is that nothing remotely similar to any of the reported issues turned up in the testing process, and even with the information we've received after the game launch replicating the reported issues has been very difficult indeed.

Based on research we've done already it does not appear that these problems are tied to particular PlayStation 3 hardware, but there is clearly something occurring with some players causing an issue.

None of which will come as consolation to those experiencing these problems, however we are continuing to work on a fix to these issues as quickly as possible.

ich weiss nicht wat Ihr für Probleme habt. Ich habe bis jetzt alle Trophäen machen können.

Das ohne weitere Probleme. Mußte zwar auch nochmal anfangen - also zwei Speicherstände - weil ich nicht richtig gelesen habe. (wer lesen kann ist klar im vorteil) Der zweite Speicherstand hat natürlich auch so seine vorteile!!! (Entscheidungstrophäen)

Ich habe eine 80GB PS3, Spiel DE-Version ohne Update! Habe auch keine Aussetzer in Bild und Ton!!!!

Also bei mir hat das Spiel erst beim Kapitel "In der Wohnung des Mörders" den Black Screen gezeigt. Leider funktioniert das mit der Zeitumstellung auch nicht... läuft es bei euch schon wieder?

ist eindeutug zu klein, sie muss über 4000 mb groß sein also über 4 gb, das ist die instalationsdatei, wo auch die ganzen zwischensequenzen, hauptmenü usw. von der festplatte gelesen werden.

deshalb hat du warscheinlich diese blackscreens usw. weill ja deine instalationsdatei total fehlerhaft, oder besser gesagt, ein großer teil fehlt.

irgendwie installiert das spiel bei dir nicht richtig, wie gesagt, die datei in diesen ordner muss ohne patch ca. 4300 mb groß sein.

die ganzen fehler liegen höchstwarscheinlich an der software der ganzen ps3.

ich habe die 80 gb fat vom letzten jahr und habe es mehrmals durchgespielt ohne fehler, alles ist flüssig gelaufen, keine tonaussetzer usw.

und alle die es auch aus dem laden wo ich es geholt habe, haben alle auch keinen fehler, und die spielen mit einer slim, einer alten und einer 80 gb konsole.

I've not much further to add to what's been said previously, except that the reported problems are being investigated. The provision of a solution to those who are experiencing these issues is proving to be difficult as there does not seem to be a common factor explaining why a few people are having difficulty while the majority are not. Based on the previous thread on this forum there is no link between the model of PlayStation 3, or whether it has had a new HDD fitted linking those who have experienced the highlighted issues, and we've got multiple testing teams repeatedly playing through the game under numerous different setups and environments to try to ascertain where the problem lies.

There is an update to the game in the works which will improve game stability for all players, hopefully improving the experience for those who are affected by the problems reported in this thread. Once there's a fixed date for the release of this update we'll let you know.

Hallo, will mein Spiel laden und sehe nach der "manfred" mission nur noch schwarzen bildschirm.. auch nach langer Ladezeit, immer wieder nur schwarz..

habe eine der ersten playsis.. 40 gb.. wahnsinn 70 öcken bezahlt und dann funktionoiert es nich mal wirklich.. hat sony denn dazu nich mal was zusagen? Habe auch mehrere emails geschrieben aber naja.. nichts kam..

hat jmd ne idee was das sein kann?
