Just checking too, should FBI investigator unlock with Nerd?

I've got Nerd but not FBI investigator, however FBI investigator says to unlock the clues relating to the origami killer at the crime scene, and Nerd won't unlock without all of them being found on Crime Scene, Mad Jack and Fish Tank.

You should get FBI Investigator as soon as you finish the chapter from the demo, provided you pick up all the clues.

A pre requisite of Nerd should unlock FBI Investigator, but it hasn't for me... I'll play through it again on an episode but it doesn't seem right...

Edited to add - just thinking here, Nerd means you use the ARI to get the clues, I wonder if FBI Investigator means all clues both with and without ARI (although I didn't think you could see clues without using the ARI)

did you lose the trophy that time that the playstation network died because you keep the progress but lost the trophy. i myself lost about 15 hard to get trophies from heavy rain in the death of PSN
