Heavy Rain - Way too much tearing

I have downloaded and played Heavy Rain a bit.... game is great, so are the graphics. Unfortunately when there is some whole screen scrolling, the tearing is way too obvious. I hope they fix it for the final release.

Yup there is. For example in the 'Sleazy place' - the bit where the detective arrives in his car, there is tearing.

There are other bits in the game when its noticable. I have googled Heavy Raind and tearing, and I am certainly not the only one noticing this :smileysad:

I didnt notice any... Maybe some people just like looking for imperfections. I was admiring the graphics myself...

Yeah, I noticed none as well.  I never look for it though.

These days screen tearing seems to be the  "be and end all". When it comes to reviewing.

Just read the comments, i think the whole screen tearing gibberish is the "author" playing the crowd.

Personally, ive not seen any screen tearing at all.

If you can't see it your either playing in SD or you are blind. Don't expect it to be fixed in the final game.  Developers don't think it's a problem because of all the blind idiots who ignore it. You wouldn't buy a film if it looked like that so why is it acceptable in games? It's ugly and distracting.
