Heavy Rain

hi,

One of my characters in heavy rain died and I am wondering what to do for the rest of the game (im going for platinum).  I am just starting chapter 36 and a few chapters ago the female character died in the house with the weird guy.

Do i complete the game and then go back and replay the chapter where she died ? I guess it will have knock on consequences if i save her next time.  Will it open new chapters for me to play on their own or do I need to play the entire game again ?

Its a bit confusing for me so any help would be appreciated.  I have not finished the game yet so its enough just to tell me how to go about it.

i have reached chapter 39 and the girl that died isnt there, its the guy.  What should i do ? Go back to that chapter that she died and replay it ? If so will she be alive in the later chapters (like 39) ?

well this is confusing, I replayed chapter 33, kept Madison alive and got the trophy for it. Now chapter 39 is not listed in chapters (although the following chapter 40 is). What do I need to do in order to play chapter 39 as Madison ? replay 34 onwards ?

I wouldn't panic... especially if you are going for platinum... just enjoy the rest of the playthrough. To get platinum, you have to replay the final level a minimum of about 7 times to get all the ending combinations... each character has around 4 endings, and there is a multitude of combinations to those endings..

There are faqs out there if you want to take a lot of the fun out of it, but essentially you have to replay the last quarter of the game several times, making different decisions

well I have been playing the game since and I am down to 4 trophies :

• Trial Master (Succeed in all Ethan's trials.)
• Nerd (Find all clues using ARI (Crime Scene + Mad Jack + Fish Tank) and find the Origami Killer.)
• Perfect Crime (Clean Manfred's shop of evidence + Let Lauren, Hassan and Kramer die + Kill Madison and Jayden + Origami Killer free.)
• All Endings (see all endings.

Trial Master : As far as I can make out I will have to replay the game from The Bear chapter then complete Butterfly trial, The Lizard, The Shark  also The Rat.  Will the trophy pop after the Rat chapter ? Do I just do what the tape deck tells you to ? (like drive straight, cut off a finger, go through the electric etc)

With Nerd I did spend a lot of time going around making sure I got most of the intelligence but i have to rely on a call from Madison to get Jayden to the Warehouse because he could not figure out who the killer was at the last oppurtunity .  How would I check that ? I think I missed the gun in the fish tank but did spot his watch.

Perfect crime I can understand, basically it will require a play through because Scott Shelby has to get rid of everyone. 

I have seen some endings and there are 5 epilogues after completing the game but they said there was 18 endings so I cant imagine how to check them all ? Will getting Perfect crime upset All Endings if I am doing a save game ? 

Can these 3 trophies be combined in 1 playthrough (from the last matching chapter) ?

For all endings is it just a matter of making sure 4 characters arrive at the Warhouse to begin with then making out a check list as to what has to happen and replaying the chapter till you get all of them ??

dont need the help, I got Trial Master,Nerd, Perfect Crime trophies today after I started from hassans shop. It took me ages to play it through.

Now I only have the final trophy see all endings.

If you are going for it the most efficient trophy hunter way, in other words by not wanting to play the entire game multiple times, the furtherest you need to go back to is about the corner dairy chapter... you then need to replay from the shop chapter.... and provided you've ticked off the requirements for the respective endings, from that point onwards you pretty much replay from about the Ethan/Madison love scene onwards.... Trust me, the two chapters you will get sick of will be the burning apartment, and final chapter, lol...
