I have heavy rain (UK) and in some missions the game freezes and I can't play, I must turn off my ps3 and turn it on again.

it's happened to me twice !!

Please fix it fast.

I have same problem game alot freezing or start lagging and freez,after when game complete i wanna repeat some missions for trophy game freezing evry time

Yes, I'm having this problem (UK Version) too.

It's crashed on me twice and I'm not even far through it (just got past the scenes that were in the demo).  I dunno what exactly that 226MB patch did but it certainly didn't address what in my eyes is a MAJOR issue.

My friends are also complaining about this amongst other things like bad audio stuttering.

I've got the same problem! The game won't let me load my save (I'm in chapter 5 sequelce 4). Everything after the Cemetary sequence in Chapter 4 causes my PS3 to freeze! If I want to load something before Cemetary, it works OK.

There's going to be a ***** load of people complaining if QD doesn't patch it before the release!

PS. I've got a promo copy, and I'm trying to write a review, but unfortunatelly I can't!

I'm encountering the idential issue -- I was at Chapter 6, Sequence 2... and now my game won't load and only chapters before Cemetary will load up. I, too, have a review copy. Ugh.

I bought the EU version 2 days ago. I downloaded and installed the 226 mb 1.01 patch as I inserted the disc, it did not even ask  

Whatever,  I have the same freezing problem and am experiencing troubles loading saved games.

First day I play for 8 hours, I quit the game on "Trapped" chapter. Yesterday I tried to load the saved game, but screen went black and got no response from PS3. I tried it several times but same issue. I also could not load the previous chapter using this save file. It freezes again. So I have to turn PS3 off.

Then I started to play from beginning, and in the "Crime Scene" chapter, the game froze this time during the play. I loaded the same chapter, no problem with loading this save file, but froze again

I do not stroll around the fields where the game freezes

It's frustrating, I cannot continue my 8 hour play. The story can be really good and fluent (!), that's ok, but the game itself is not fluent as "gameplay". Controls are suffering. Finally, I do not want to start over before finishing the game from the chapter I saved.

Quanticdream should fix this quickly.
