This is BS!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought my copy at midnight last night and now im on chapter 5 and it wont let me load either. I am extremely PD off same thing before the cemetery loads anything after no go.   QUANTIC DREAM HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just had a huge freezing issue. I had my speakers turned up too. I was in the crime scene investigation (end of the demo) and i cut behind the police and witness? a long the right side of the fence (when you come in, I was finishing up) and I got this huge buzzing noise and the screen went black. so what did that huge patch do?

Sorry to say this, but I have the American version of HR, and I did not get any freezing, or any other problem regarding this game, NO BUGS at ALL!

Don't know what to say to you who are having those issues, but it can be related maybe, to your PS3, you know the console getting old. On my part the game run smoothly for me. I have finish the game once, and I am restarting the game another time. Will let you know if any errors occur,  while playing the game a second time.

Well, I got mine to work, but I don't know how I did it...I deleted all the files again, and then I switched off my PS3, and then just because I was completely out of ideas I found my can of dust remover and sprayed out every single opening my PS3 had, then switched the console back on, re-installed it, and now it works perfectly.  To anyone out there still having trouble, all of that is at least worth a shot lol.

I'm re-installing the patch now to see what happens.  Wish me luck

edit:  It's working with the patch as well!  Yay! ^_^

It is not about old or new ps3 , All our friends and me have got a new slim ps3, all other games are working, the problem is  in the Heavy rain, same time no feezing problem , but sametimes every hours, can't know when is freezing. please fix it , PLEASE HELP SONY. We pay 60 dolar for this , what is that. Heavy rain is good game , but this bugs is killing us

Hey Guys,

Like many of you, I got the game yesterday. I played and got pretty far up to chapter six, then quit my game to play later. When i try to load my game i get a black screen, it seems like my ps3 is frozen. I also cannot load from a previous chapter either...will i have to start all over? Dou you think that quantic dreams can patch this problem? did this happen to anyone else?

Ps. I dont know what the patch was for, but it did indeed help the graphics some. at first b4 the patch my players had like a white scale around them and now its gone. I do lose audio at tymes too during cut scenes.

You lot should try to VACUUM yr ps3, i read somewhere that a guy had the same glitches and freezing, and it was over after he CLEANED his ps3.. especially the air vents..

If the thing overheats, it crashes/turns off..... same with every other computer out there....

Yes, I've used compressed air to clean it....
