What is Chronicle One?

Is it some completely new content/chapter a bit like the taxidermist story bit was or what?? If so is it worth getting as I saw it on a PSN redeamable coupon card in GAME for a few quid the other day??

I could be wrong but I think it may actually just be The Taxidermist. That's the only DLC that's been released and they were original touting it as part of a series of chronicles that, for one reason or another, were abandoned.
