I think, everybody here, complaining about this problem has a Platinum Move Edition. On the front cover is written "MOVE EDITION". On the back, "Including: DLC, Soundtrack, Theme...".
Sure, maybe this is an advertising for another edition or something like that...
My game package was sealed and I bought a new copy. It can't be the fault of the seller.
But there is no bonus contant. Not in the XMB, not in-game (DLC) etc. It's not even a move edition. You can't even play the game with the move controllers until you download the standard move update (~1GB).
The others only guessed, that maybe there should be a voucher code.

I just want to make this clear, we are complaining about the Heavy Rain: Move Edition PLATINUM, not the normal move edition. The cover art, disc art and code on the side of the case is all different, and apparently, so is what is included on the disc
If anyone has gotten it working and has the PLATINUM version of Heavy Rain: Move Edition, please, say so. Other than that, just note, none platinum editions are basically different games when it comes to the production of the discs.
When I phoned Sony Customer support they said that the move update should be on the disc, and there should be a code in the case for the DLC. Neither of these exist for me, and there is nothing under the game on the XMB. They told me I should contuct the supplier, which I have, and they said they would contact me within 1-2 days about it. It's been longer and i have heard nothing, but ill give them till a week has passed till i contact them again. And the reason for Sony telling us to contact the seller, is i believe there is something in UK law which says it is the sellers problem if our product is faulty, and it is them who have to complain to Sony with any problems.

Play.com contacted me and told me they will accept the game back as a return.
I don't want to return it, I want it to be fixed and have my DLC!!!
This is a joke, sort it Sony.

Nothing newer on this? I finished the game today, and the DLC, the soundtrack and the themes are nowhere to be found.

Not for me, I can't even get Play.com to respond to my phone call I left a week and a half ago.
I have since completed the game and even have the Platinum Trophy for the game, still nothing. I haven't completed the DLC, but that should be a free gift too, which hasn't been included for me like the rest of the free content. All I can do now is hope Play will contact me back with a solution, which i doubt.
