"Things are still moving towards a release tomorrow but theres 1 change since I last updated you in that Home will not be moving on the XMB this patch, it will still be under the Game section.

It will eventually move to the Network section and not the PlayStation®Network section as I previously mentioned (that was my goof, wrote the wrong one down in a meeting!)"

I just had serious sound issues in the Marketplace. It wasn't even crowded (1 or 2 people more perhaps).

The sound (the ambient noise) began to stutter when I was walking towards the video screen upstairs. I tried to walk away, but that didn't help. Finally I relocated somewhere different, but while it was downloading, my receiver kept switching between "no signal" and multi-channel signal, without any sound coming from the speakers.

Sound was OK after re-locating.

I consider this to be a bug. My primary language is set to english, but all dialogs appear in german. I don't like that.

I arrived in my room from the wardrobe, and these are my 'whitewashed' walls. Any other wallpaper I select just appears over the top of this zany mullticoloured base, which also covers the balcony walls.

i just had my first lock few second after downloading and entering home square.

Had to poewr down.
