Some sort of snapping feature in your Home Space so it's easier to set up?

Also can we have chess for inside our home spaces?

Just a thought I have about Home Theatre. I think that it would be cool if Playstation were able to make this into an acutal Cinema, showing full movies a specific times of day. This woudl be cool because then you could arrange to met friends in the Home Square at a cerain time and then go in to see the movie, before retiring back to your Summer House and thrashing out some tunes. What do you guys think. Good Idea. oh, also, you could keep one section purely for games trailers, but then, say turn the upstairs into a whole new series of room each showing a different film.

your persona was able to interact with game peripherals like the ones from Rock Band and then animate on screen, either in a cut down version of the game or just playing ad-hoc by yourself or with some friends.

Not sure if this is already in here but an ability to take screenshots would be great. You could capture the funny and weird things you see in Home and share them with friends!

And maybe short video clips as well to send as video messages to your friends

your owned spaces showed up on the worldmap as thumbnails too.  Having the seperate way of accessing them seems counter-intuitive.

all avatars you see have their appearance cached at the first meeting so that if you change zone and then return later they don't all have to be downloaded again and your not then running through an area full of ghosts

Customised physical actions. Like dance moves.

The customised movements could even be saved and sent to others.
