When you play public matches check the teams when you can and change factions when one team has more players

Your absolutely right... But its just not going to happen! Its public and these people are going to do whatever it takes to win! Evening out the sides is not one of them.

I have been in many games where people have left one side (mine) making it unbalanced, but instead of quiting myself which i hate doing i've powered on and most of the times it can even back up again. On a few times it doesn't and its just better to quit.

I always find Killzone to be very good for balanced teams compared to other online games, maybe I've just been lucky.

I understand it can be frustrating. Fortunately, you can ensure balanced teams by checking if Faction Balacning is turned on before you join a game.

This means the game automatically assigns people to teams so that no-one has an uneven advantage

Yeah but that doesn't work ingame tho so your stumped if your in a long game, unless people start joining like i mentiond above.

yeah the only way to even up teams if someone leaves in the middle of a game is to quit and come back loosing any chance of a multiplier and not gettin any points when you do come back because "you have already posted stats for this game" or something to that effect.

The most one-sided games I've been in have been roughly equal for players per side.  They tend to leave when one team is getting spawn camped.
