This is a guide on how to sign up for the OPC clan.  If you run your own clan you may find this useful too.

First of all though, a little bit about the clan.  It is run by us here in the Community Team, particularly MusterBuster and myself and our officers/lieutenants/vice-captains are the MVPs.

We were established officially in MAG last year when it became apparent that having a large clan of players in a supported title made it easier for us to game together as a community.  It is open for anyone who posts here in the Official PlayStation Community to join, regardless whether or not you are already in a clan.

We play for fun too, that's the other important thing.  There is no pressure you you to be the best and you're unlikely to turn into a an elite killing machine with "m4d sk1llz" by playing with us.

Our main home is in the clan forum, http://www.community.eu.playstation.com/t5/Clans/OPC-Official-PlayStation-Community-Clan/td-p/101478... where you can sit back, chat with your clan buddies and arrange games with each other.

But onto the important bit, how to sign up with us.

We've enabled recruitment posts on Killzone.com for the clan.  

1. To find our page, just head here:

2. Scroll down to the bottom half of the clan page:

3. Click on the "Apply for clan position" link to register!

Once you've applied - we need to accept your request.

4. Respond to the clan invite:

After we've accepted your request, you'll have an invite waiting for you on your own Killzone.com profile. Just check your live feed! Accept that, and you're in the clan. Win!

If you cant find the invite, drop MusterBuster a PSN Message and he'll sort you out from in-game.

And that is all there is to it!

Have your own clan?

If you yourself run a clan and have set up in game, just use Killzone.com to find your clan page (log into the site with your PSN details in the top right) and click on "My Clan").

In the bottom right you will find an option to "Enable Recruitment Posts".  This is useful particularly if you have an "open" clan like OPC.  Either that or you have unrestricted internet access at work you lucky sausage.

What I will add though is that once you have applied to join, give it a bit of time for MB (or one of the officers eventually if they have the privileges to add members) to accept your request. Keep an eye on the site or in game.
