So I used Game to pre order Killzone 3 collectors edition. Like many I was shafted by them and didn't get the double xp code. Here I am AFTER AN ENTIRE WEEK of emailing them asking for a code. They told me to go to the store I bought it for a code. I went to my store and got told Sony didn't give them any so I should email customer services AGAIN. I emailed them and they gave me a code that's invalid. Does anyone know the official Sony customer service email address so I can get a real code without any more fannying about? Thanks alot. Aaron.

The reason Game say thay have none is because this issue was sorted last week and then you would of got your code! So your too late I'm afraid!

Erm. I called them last week for the code (and emailed and have been brushed off by them from launch day) so I'm afraid I'm NOT too late so I'll be getting one or some other means if compensation. I was merely asking for a Sony customer service email address. Do you know of one?

I hear that GAME are going to go out of business soon

I can't wait. . .fleecing and cheating gamers since day 1 - I look forward to the lot of them being out of jobs. Hopefully mid mortgage so their life crumbles and I get the pleasure of giving them a pound in a little cup they're shaking in the streets. Scum.

I doubt they will be going out of business soon. The stores they will most like close will be the ones in towns with more then 1 store. In Southampton they have 3 in the high street and 1 in Debenhams (which will be going).

I bought killzone 3 collectors edition from gamestation and it had on their thing the 24 hours xp for weapons etc, but i didn't get that as I wasn't that bothered about it anyway, to me I would rather rank up my own way instead of a thing that lets you rank up more quickly, but it's not good as it was advertised like that, the helghast edition was the only one that should of only got the first 24 hours xp.  Game are shutting down stores but not all of them, here is a link about it

Everyones just bitching and moaning about preorder stuff, yes its a bonus for getting the game, but so what if it didnt work, its not like they SOLD it to you, you were going to buy the game anyways right? Heaven forbid you have to rank up normally these days and unlock guns properly.

Its been a week, does 24hr double xp really matter that much to you now lol?

well said mate. I was thinking the same thing myself. To be honest its pretty lame that your still complaining about this to the extent that you are. I remember back in the day when pre-oredering n the like got you a few postcards or somethin similar..aaah..the good old days lol Did you buy the collectors edition for the sole purpose of getting double XP for 24 hours?
