Your right, the controls are VERY awkward. Found easiest way was NOT to use zoom on the soldiers (even the distant ones) its a lot faster.

I do it all the time if somethings free on the Store You never know if its only tempoary

Most recent was for Mass Effect 2 the day before the game arived. All it does is make its own folder as if it was the game.

If anyone has a spare code would you be so kind because that game is pretty dam awkward and the controls a lame

If I am not mistaken, if it makes its own folder (i.e clicking it will install, like a game demo from PSN Store would) then it will automatically be there when you turn on the game if you install it. This happened to me with my Uncharted 2 if I recall. Could have been a one off so don't take my word for it!

My code won't work. It accepts the code, but I don't get the free career points from it.

i entered the code, got to download screen which sent me to the home page of the store but nothing was downloaded. i cant redeem code again and its not in my download list. strange...

It appears in the "Services list" or whatever it's called in Account Management.

Still doesn't work though.

seems those who redeemed it a few days ago got the maps, but it was a fault and has been fixed

Some lucky few I think.

It has been broken since MB got on the issue.. Can anyone with "real" Unlock and Load Pack confirm are those codes working or did they whipe it out totally from the redeems.
