Ah so what you've just done is take an entirely believable story and make a joke by telling us that in fact it's not really true. Hmmmmm.
As for discs I haven't lost mine yet but with the rate of disappearances I'm gonna have to look out for it 
How hard can it be to put it back in its rightful place the moment you eject it? My ten year old sons games are terrible lol and I put nearly 15 different games back in there rightful cases one day when I was looking for something and I found the case but with 2 totally different discs in it lol
My GT4 empty case is understandable which has been missing years and is most likely my brothers fault because he always took his PS2 and my game round to his mates house after I lost interest. Its quite saddening no as I would love to play it again
But a new game like Killzone that is recently played I haven't the foggiest on how you could loose that
It must just be me and that I make sure they come from and go back in there right place
