The new Multiplayer - Should Disc owners buy this? Questions

I have Killzone 3 retail disc but online gives me no DLC.

Buying this new multiplayer comes with all the DLC and is just £6 for PS+ members which is great so should users like me buy this?

Can people with the disc version play against people with the store multiplayer-only version?

If i buy and play the digital version will my savedata be carried over and will i keep my online stuff?

It has it's own set of trophies, what about multiplayer trophies that i haven't aquired yet from KZ3 online? Can i unlock these if i carry on my online play from the digital version?

These questions need answering and i haven't found any helpfull information anywhere!

Its basically just the multiplayer aspect of the game so yes you can play against people with a disc. if you play it alot it would be worth buying for the dlc alone. your online data should be carried over.

it should include the trophies from the retail version im really no sure about that though.

You keep saying "Should" but I'm looking for some real info here from people that know for sure so i know whether to make a purchase.

Sorry, not trying to be rude but do you know for sure? I and my friends don't want to waste any cash, I'm asking on behalf of 5 other people too we all love Killzone and want this for the dlc.

a bit late but her is your answers...(hope the wait was not that long)..

1. your savedata from the disc version carry over to the mp stand alone version, so you keep your stats

2. the mp stand alone version have its own trophies so trophies carry over from the disc version, and you get a few new ones

3. you can play with people that have the disc version, but if they dont have the dlc you will have to turn off your dlc to play with them

4. the mp stand lone version load a little bit faster than the disc version

5. you get 3 point to use for unlock and a 24 hours double xp (win or lose dosent matter you get double xp anyway)

also remember to check out www.killzone.com for stats and forum.... and yes kz3 is worth every penny.

Remember to give KUDOS if you like :smileyhappy:

Exactly what he said.

Loads of other games have both acces through disc and download and people play each other regardless of copy. SOCOM, LittleBigPlanet, Burnout Paradise ect. All mutliplayer stats are held on the multiplayer servers anyway. So seeing as you get all the DLC with it you should buy it if you really want it
