i just got the game yesterday played some of the campaign and just been playing a few matches online but i noticed a few things i wanted to know

how come sometimes the enemies name appears green on my screen but then quickly changes but too late for me to react?

also why is it some people can absorb bullets while someone takes me down with 2 shots from an assault rifle is there some kind of perk they are using?

There is a class called infiltrator, one of their abilities is to disguise themselves as a friendly soldier to sneak into your base, or behind enemy lines. If they get too close to you, you can see through their disguise. To spot infiltraters early watch if they're behaving oddly or put your crosshairs on them and it will turn red.

The bullet sponge thing can be for two reasons. One is if you get a headshot in killzone with any weapon its a one hit kill. The other could just be lag, the network isn't that great at the moment and sometimes you get one shot killed because of lag.
