how do you get the free 24 hours double xp and 3 unlocks after buying the game on PSN?

Bought the full game today after downloading the trial yet don't seem to have my free double xp or 3 unlocks.. is there something extra I have to do or something?

think if you go back on to the Store to where the Trial/Upgrade is, those two things should now be downloadable.

 

or have you already done that and theyre still not working?
