HOT OFF THE PRESSES FROM StevenI himself!

Welcome to the very first edition of The Community Curator's Challenge!
This brand new series of periodic competitions will have a whole new range of fun, varied and overall awesome challenges for you to test your skills with! With so many different themes, styles and challenges coming your way, there should hopefully be something for everyone!
Since this is the very first challenge, we thought that we would start things off with a bang by hosting two very different challenges at the same time!
So without further ado, let's get down to the details of the first challenges!

Unless your Sackperson has been living under a rock, which itself is living under a ton of rocks, then you'll know that today sees the long-awaited release of the LittleBigPlanet 2: Move Pack: Rise of the Cakeling, which has introduced a huge amount of new creative tools and features to LittleBigPlanet 2!
So to celebrate the release of the Move Pack, you will have the chance to enter not just one...
But two different Move-inspired LittleBigPlanet 2 competitions!
First up we have...

For this challenge, we want to see you create any style of level that incorporates the Move!
It can be a platformer, a versus-level, a mini-game, absolutely anything you want!
All it has do is show us just what can be done with the PlayStation Move!
Other than that, there's no theme or guideline restrictions.
Just arm yourself with a PlayStation Move, put your creative cap on and show us the wonderful ideas that you have for the PlayStation Move!

If you've had a long day of level design or perhaps your passions simply lie elsewhere, then you may be more interested in our second competition that will be running parallel with the first.

With the Move Pack comes the awesome new Paint Tool that will allow you paint your very own LittleBigPlanet Masterpieces! So with that in mind, we really want to see everybody making Larry Da Vinci proud!
All you need to is create your own Painting using the new Paint Tool!
You can either create a single sticker using the Paint Tool or using a blank canvas material, you can combine a range of paintings to create one mega-masterpiece!
The decision is entirely upto you!
Remember though that we will be judging on quality, rather than quantity.
So as a guideline, we recommend that you restrict your painting to the size of the default camera view in-game.
So get out those brushes and paints and show us your artistic skills that lie within!

Prizes Galore!
Since this is a very special competition, we've dug deep into the Media Molecule Treasure Trove to offer a great assortment of goodies to the winners of these challenges!

The Rules!
As this is a competition, there's just a few rules and guidelines that you'll have to follow to ensure that your level is eligible.
1. The contest is open to ALL regions.
2. This contest is for LittleBigPlanet 2 on Playstation 3.
3. The deadline for entries is October 25th 11:59PM GMT
4. Once the deadline has passed, you may re-publish your level for the purpose of fixing serious bugs/problems or adding minor aesethic adjustments.
However you must not alter your level drastically, for example by increasing its overall length or adding entirely new sections to the level. Any level considered to have been altered drastically after the deadline will be disqualified.
5. When publishing your level please attach the following prefix to your level title.
If you are entering the level for Move My Sackboy!, [MMS].
If you are entering the level for Move Masterpiece!, [MMP].
Additionally you may wish to post a LBP.me within this thread, to help ensure that we see your level and more importantly so that the rest of the community can check out your level!
6. Entries for the competition must be brand new published levels. We will not accept previously published levels that were originally published before the announcement of the theme. Any levels found to have been published before the announcement will be disqualifed.
7. Each player may only submit one entry for each of the stated competitions, Move My Sackboy and Move Masterpiece. You can therefore enter both competitions but you may only enter each competition once. Any player found to have submitted more than one entry for either competition will be disqualified.
8. The stated prizes will be awared to the individual winners of the Move My Sackboy and Move Masterpiece competitions and will be awarded to the PSNs that the winning levels are published under. You may use Online Create if you wish and work together with some friends when creating your level, however bear in mind that there's only a single prize on offer and it will be awarded to the publisher of the level.
9. The judges' decision is ultimately final.
All that remains to say is good luck everybody!

Whilst we definitely appreciate LBP.me links, not only so that we can check them out ourselves but also so that the community as a whole can be made aware of your latest level publication.
It's worth saying that locating levels in-game isn't actually an issue.
If you go into LittleBigPlanet 2 and filter those same level results so that only the LittleBigPlanet 2: Move Pack levels are displayed, you'll see that the list is cut down to just the levels containing the Move content required for the competition. ![]()
