I think is better if anyone can be a finalist and win too, but the winner of the prizes will be the one able to do that with the higher number of votes: 

Ex.: The winner is an American, but he can't win the prizes, so if the second is able to get them, he wins the prizes but the CC is won by the first.

Can us Australians participate in this? I noticed in the rules you mentioned mostly PAL countries but not Australia, so my question is should I even bother entering since I'm in Australia?
