Only US code have gone out we are still waiting for EU to be sent out, i had read that they come out this week. They will mostlikley be sent in waves as usual so don't worry if you dont get your first

You must have not been around for the other betas, this is the first and probably last time NA got their codes first. NA didn't even get the move beta.

And from what I've seen, the NA codes are all going to EU people. Not a lot of NA people (that I have seen) are in the LBPK beta.
