Jetpacks - Good News!

I remember a few weeks back there were worries about the jetpack system and how having to shake it was a nuisence (I, personally agree).

Well, the good new's is that in the retail you CAN just tap a button for it to release, instead of shaking about like some mad man having a fit.

Comfirmed by IGN Review "The X button jumps, R1 grabs objects, and that's about it. If you grab a jetpack, you can either shake the controller or tap one of the face buttons to remove it, but that ends your control mechanics (outside of the editor, of course)."

Good news indeed. I was playing last night with a couple of friends, one of who's motion sensor didn't work on his Sixaxis. We had to leave him behind. :smileysad:

Slapping another player destroys his jetpack. But that doesn't matter now, good that they implemented button use for that action.

We had already dropped our jetpacks. :smileysad:

Needless to say when we got the end of the level we got a slap from our fallen comrade. XD
