i aced all levels and the costumes where dont ace levels because the costumes are like and there no cheats in LBP

You get the Paper Sackboy for Acing the Bunker if i remember correctly.

Devil costume - x4 Area in the Frozen Tundra level.

Rotten Teeth - x2 Area of The Mines level.

whoever sees the glowing skeleton as a cheat is a fool. it is in fact a favourable glitch that looks good. CHEATING usually does gives positive impact to your gameplay. o_o makes things easier etc.   a costume doesn't do that.  -.-

and there are NO cheats. play the game normally.  thank you.

I dont think there is anything you can do. I don't have online and it sucks. so good luck.
