I'm lucky enough to be on the beta however I can't get onto the forums to search for bug entries and don't just want to post duplicates to things that have already been flagged. I contacted customer support last week but still haven't had a reply. The problem is that my account doesn't have permissions set for the forum, but it does for everything else. 

Does anyone know who it would be best to contact?

I would contact the game company responsible for making the game. Both LBP and LBP2 we contacted Mm when we needed to, I'm not sure whom you should contact for the Vita Game...

It's Tarsier Studios who are making the game, I think, so you'd be best off contacting them.

Tarsier Studios and Double 11 are both doign the game, but the problem is that I can't log onto a specific section of THIS forum as my PSN id doesn't have the correct permissions set. Neither of the Dev studios will have anything to do with this though.

Send a private message to LiquidRunner. He looks after the beta forums.

But before you do that, try clearing your browser's cookies, log on to the psnbeta.eu.playstation.com site and click on the link for the forums and see if that works.

Realised I've not cleared my cache or cookies in about 2 years in chrome. Worked thanks.
