This is absolutely ridiculous... We get nothing but a shiny box and some DLC that'll be made readily available a few months/years later? I wouldn't mind but LBP is made in bleedin' Surrey, England, Europe.

It's just terrible and to make it worst Alex Pavey replied saying:

There is also going to be some cool brand new licensed merchandise on sale, as well as all the goodies that are already available to purchase like the Sackboy plushie."

So they're saying 'sorry, we're not including it but you can go and buy it separately anyway!'

...That is a disgrace and we need to all make ourselves heard to stop there being any sort of small blemish on this otherwise wonderful creation and to make this fiasco a small blip on the road behind us that we can all laugh about and make levels parodying in the final game!

Where it's made makes no difference.

You've also got to remember that SCEA and SCEE are not the same. US have their promotions and EU have their own. It's not that Sony favour US, but that for some reason (and there are many) SCEE couldn't give the same content as SCEA. It's dissapointing, but that's the way it is.

At the end of the day the only thing that really matters is the game itself.

Have to say i am dissapointed with this collection like everyone else. So i will just buy it when it drops in price a bit no longer a day one buy for me sadly.

I may accept the fact that SCEE couldn't do the same, it's probably more complicated that we think BUT why couldn't they come up with something different is beyond me. Metal case and dlc, probably not even on disc just codes. Just too bad such a great game can't have a proper LE/CE. It's cheap and I'm sure SCEE is fully aware of that.
