Either load up a saved costume, or reset the costume. Use R1 to go to the last page in the costume section of the popit, the reset and saved costumes are in there.
You could also use the sticker/decoration editor to remove them one by one, just hover over the object and press triangle.
That option is found at the top of the page in the Sticker/Decoration part of the popit.
