We already answered your question please read the thread

The DLC was released Early by mistake.

A patch should be availble now or soon that will add the costume to the game

ino my levels at the moment arnt that good and are short but could you guys try them out? if yo cant et to my levels some how, search me in lbp? thanks

Read:

Patch update was realesed early in the US

DLC was released early (in the Netherlands at least) in some countries

Patch is scheduled on monday for everyone

You will never see new DLC with out a patch

You will never see new DLC with out a PSN store update

Take those into consideration.

this level isn't a level of mine but it deserves more plays, the keyboard you get is a promotion of ' samson107 ' level, please play it as you can change fonts, type words you need for a menu etc., and you also get the keboard as a prize!
