Hi all

recently got lbp2 and i do like it alot although i am somewhat disgruntled by the tutorials page atm.

i want  to go through and complete all of the tutorials (dispite already knowing most of it from lbp1) for the materials+stickers and just to get all the boxes ticked.

But for some reason the 'play next tutorial' button wont start the next one along which is 'decorations', plus it wont start if i select it manually, the music dips as if its about to start but nothing.

Then i went on to the next incomplete one, 'goodies bag', this one and all those after it will start and play properly, although once i have completed them the box next to it in the list isnt ticked and the 'you have finished' at the top of the screen stays at 5/52 (i must have done 5 of them whilst playing story mode).

i just tried to start making a level and I cant!
It wont let me select anything other than the 'play next tutorial' button in the poppet, and alas i cant complete any of them!

help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you unlocked the option at the bottom of the tutorials page that unlocks all the tutorials?

If you have, then click that.

yes it seems i can press that if i want to but i havnt as i actually DO want to do the tutorials to know what im doing with all the new stuff on lbp2

No, i just tried it and i cant press the 'unlock all tutorials' button, makes the button noise but again nothing happens

This is very dissapointing, iv played some other peoples levels and got all creatively worked up now i cant make anything!

Ah mate that's a bummer. Try checking the done all tutorials, then try and select it manually.

Only thing I can suggest is deleting Data/Saved Game Data file(s) and starting again unfortunately.

You can go back after clicking you know? I did them all and i can still redo them. I assuming the same goes for that botton, anyway i would try it.

OK its working after tunring the system off+on

I think what happened (which could be something to learn from)

I left the controller for enough time for it to turn off but my sackboy remained in his pod, when i turned the controller back on my sackboy was still there but another plain one dropped down which i began controlling instead (which maybe registered as player 2 dispite my controller still being controller 1)

i think because this second sackboy wasnt actually 'me' it wouldnt let me do anything in tutorials mode.

thanks for the help anyway.

on a side note i have just noticed after leaving my controller to type this some kind of demo has started with no sound/music, seems unusual or is it always silent?
