I would vote YES, as i have spent most of the weekend making my 'Sackboy escapes from the kitchen!'

Without a long story, sackboy starts in a cupboard, works his way thru a oven, into a washing machine and up thru a fridge to reach the kitchen counter and i have made 3 gifts as a reward for anyone who completes it.

I have a video of it on youtube (channel mike3648), and its got positive responses.

They way i see it, i am promoting Little Big Planet (not that it needs it!) and in return i wish you could leave my level up.

i would like to keep my creation as a starting block for the full game when it is released so i voted Yes

also there has been a lot of praise for some of the levels such as the "Hiest" and i must say much deserved. it would be a shame for the people that did not get into the beta not to experience them and gives a more varied game from the launch

Or maybe they could keep the best ones...Or maybe they could just delete every level that's nothing more than a rocket car.

Not to mention, quite a few creators plan to have a coherent story tie together their levels, and it would be a shame to have to start from scratch all over again.
