I was playing through the level FTW World and came across this glitch that obviously wasnt intentional by me or the creator.

I got blown up on a meta structure and when I went back to it after respawning, I could walk through it.

Looks like a collision bug, happens in quite a few physic based games. It’s a pain because they can be hard to debug and fix. Another reason could be that they are doing something really super stupid like checking collision every second frame. But if they were doing this I'm guessing the physics programmer would be fired. So it’s probably my first guess.
