Unfortunately, there is no way of placing the item again, I made a Fender Strattocaster in LBP1 a year or two ago and the game said that it was too complicated. I captured it, put it in a prize bubble and locked it away on a locked published level of mine. Fast forward to LBP2, after retrieving it in the new game, it is still too complicated to place down in an empty level.
