I try to update LBP but when I go to xmb  I hover over the Little big planet icon and press triangle there is no update sign just information, start,Internet search,and delete.

Please help I really want to play online on little big planet.

by the way i am doing this on psp

in the place where you put the battery it says psp-1001 b

that is not the e1000 street... you got the older phat version that have a 'home' button and wifi... what firmware do you have on your psp and have you set up the psp to connect to the internet?

I have version 6.60 pro B9

and yes i have set up a connection with the internet

Custom Firmware does not allow access to features such as updating. Even getting on PlayStation Store is unlikely in most versions. Restore to real firmware and you'll be able to update.

 Custom Firmware isn't cool and does nothing but hurt the community and developers.
