timer question

Can somebody pleas explain to me how I would make a light go dim on and off, basically hum, using a timer. I am trying to create an exhaust for the back of a spaceship. Also, how would I make an enemy spaceship fire a volley of projectiles at me. At the moment I can get the timer to reset and work but it is very sudden and I would like to make it more gradual.

Re: timer question

The dimmer option on a timed light will control how bright It is from 0 to 1. Say, a 5 sec timer - at 0.0, the light will be as dark as it can be, and at 5.0, it will be the brightest - meaning anywhere in-between it'll be ranging :smileywink:

Easy, just Tag the object - and for the reciever, place an Impact sensor (With a Tag, touching & Rigid) :smileywink:
