You need to build the Movie Projector in the MuiMui house and also come first in the Loco Race minigame the first time you play it for the day (You get the 'Special Movie' from the fortune that Galanmar gives but she only gives it once per day, the first time).

Just save and try it, if you dont come first reset and try until you do.

By the way you can win the race, then build the Projector, that order works fine too.

You can get them in Tropuca as well.
