Should I make this easy?

 

Right, hit her eyes three times each. After a rather long cut scene, you have to bounce the bomb around the planet by pressing L + R together when the bomb is inside the field. Once the LocoRoco hit the bomb, it flies and hits Majoline and Bonmucho, sending them on their way.
