The news came out over night about a couple of exciting new things MAG has in store for you guys.

There's the announcement of free DLC coming before the end of the month and the news of a double XP weekend which will begin on Thursday the 25th of March at approximately 8am and will last through to Sunday the 28th of March.

The DLC will be called the "Trooper gear Pack" and will feature:

• Flashbang Grenade
• Special edition Light Machine Guns for each faction
• Two additional uniforms "Trooper Dark" and "Trooper Light" available to all PMCs

And that's not all.  To celebrate the launch of this DLC and the double XP extended weekend we are holding a competition to give away 2 copies of the Special Edition of MAG!

In order to win we're going to ask you to consider following:

"You're the last man standing, 256 players are pounding down to your location. Luckily for you, you can pick any weapon you can dream of to defend your objective with. What will you pick, and how will you use it?"

I'd use the weapon of numbers. MAG can only let 256 players fight at once and since 256 are charging towards you, you must be spectating so really all you have to defend is your vision.

I would choose VC5 Electricity Gun from Killzone 2 and just spam the doorway with lighting

Kratos is really hard to beat.. I was thinking more alonside T-1000 if help is allowed.

As an imaginable weapon, couple Tacnuke handgranades could to the job nicely.
