Hey guys

I need some advice

For some reason the knife seems very glitchy to me it run up to an enemry, not the best idea I admit, but I press R3 (the knife button) and............. nothing happens... ok a bit of lag.. again..... nothing.... he's killing me.... knife him, KNIFE HIM and....... dead

I don't know if anyone else is experiancing that or if it's just me (or my controller, it works fine on MW).

Anyone spare a thought?

I definately am having no issues with the knife. I get many many more kills with my knife than with my guns.

sometimes happens to me, but always works when i need it most.

What I see and what I read...i'm pretty sure I'm bugged with the knife. I'm always in the top three and every single time I try for stabbing...it's like 1/1000 when I actually stab someone. Perhaps I should take a few matches and ONLY use knife.

You need to download the separate knife sharpener from the PSN store. But you need to over 21 to use it. Once you do that you should have no more "knife not working" issues.

Sometimes I'd knife someone and get a hit marker, then they'd knife me and I'd die.

Of course the knife will be difficult to use, won't always kill and the button needs to be pushed rather hard. HOWEVER, the range on the not upgraded knife is very small - if you look down on an enemy that is prone your knife is not in range. The best way to fix this is to get the upgrades - You'll end up using the knife over 4x as much.

koolkid that means that your enemy has improved health and you do not. The knife takes off 100 hit points from all armor. Players with 120 health can survive a single knife strike.

im glad the knife is 'hit and miss'! otherwise it would be a stab-fest. when in doubt, get the knife out.
