This is rubbish.
I have the retail BD version of MAG, decided I wanted a character slot. so, from the game, i purchased a slot from the game. it didn't work. i purchased it again, it didn't work. i logged out of the game, logged back in, it still wasn't working. i purchased a slot from the store seperately instead of through the game, it didn't work.
they took the money, but didn't show in the download list.
i went back to the store, and then found that there are two MAG in there. MAG(tm) and MAG.
if you purchase from MAG, you are fine. it works. instantly.
but if you buy from MAG(tm) it doesn't work.
so....all you need to do is not buy it through the game, then make sure you buy the right one from the two that are still on offer and it will work.
that's a great system.
and now i want my money back for the three slots i have bought that do not work, i will contact sony customer services by just giving them a quick call on the number they so readily make available....oh.

quick question here, i paid for both slots, and by the look of things i don't own them, in order to keep them i must paid a monthly fee, is this true, can i buy the slots?
