I simply hope that what I've done really helps you understand more about MAG. What I've done here is grab some screenshots from various gameplay videos to simply try and answer the TONS of threads that are opening constantly. The pictures are self explanatory but I've added some comments below them just in case you need confirmation. If you have any questions just ask. I will update the thread with more pictures with any new clues I find.
-This is where the information about your weapons is, the weapon mode [fully automatic or semi-automatic] but I don't know if you can change it, the amounts of ammo left and I think this is where your rank is.
-Here I tell you whats in the screen. Also if you didn't know you can crouch and prone in MAG. You could also notice that one of theplatoon leaders is in your squad.
-This is your command network interface, I think it looks different for every faction but the information is the same.
-You get points for killing someone and bonus points if its with your squad. Remember teamwork is essential and it reward big time.
-You also get assist points if you helped kill an enemy player.
-If you ran out of ammo or want to restore your health you go to several load outs and resupply.
-If you get shot down and do not want to wait for a medic to revive you you could bleedout and die.
-Here is where your sprint guage is located, it runs out if you run obviously but is restored easily. If you are a leader you could control you squad pretty easily with a click of a button.
-As a squad leader you can order an airstrike or UAV recon to detect enemy players.
-Health does not regenerate instead there are various ways to restore it, one example is by resupplying. Also its seems Clans are supported and you can really be in one squad. Its still unclear what the character limit is.
-The knife is held as a normal weapon. Also if a squad member dies you could see a respawn guege to when he'll respawn.
-Thanks to DaCajun: When you are changing your loudout you won't be able to respawn with the next wave if you pass the timer limit. When your respawn is enabled again, you will have to wait till the next respawn wave.
-As you could see when you aim with a sniper as it passes through an enemy it turns red although the cursor doesn't move really.
-As you could see the game does in fact support multiple attachments which is great.
Update On 7-25-09:
-Here are some Valor weapons. What I found was that when you use a sniper you can attach multiple stuff to it because you start with it scope-less.
-You can attach anything to any weapon [sniper scopes], here is a semi-automatic sniper rifle but comparing it to the picture above this has a scope.
-A typical attachment, the red dot.
-A tactician in action as you see.
-As you can read above it seems you can hit them but I really do not know if they got hit or if they can hit you bach whilst parachuting.
-It here appears that a silencer is attached. If you got through the 3rd dev diary you will see it and it also appears to decrease muzzle flash but its sound isn't really that low.
