Having a bit of an issue, had to buy a new ps3 and couldnt just backup to the new one so have been re-downloading all my DLC like crazy. However i cannot find the two free gear packs in my downloads list (i checked it 3 times to be sure) but the store remembers me having them so wont give me the link to get them do i need to call tech support or is there a workaround i could use ?

The guns & armour that come with Interdiction & Escalation?

They automatically appear in your "supply depot" on your main MAG menu, they dont appear as additional dlc.

he means the fast attack anc trooper packs i think,

which since 2.0 have been included in the game updates so you should have them already by default anyway

i am new to this forum thing, so please excuse any errors on my part.

But i do have a serious problem, i lost all my game data on my hardrive so i bought a new one and installed all game data new, everything works perferct except MAG. it says i need to download the update when i insert the disc. cool did that no problem then it goes to install, but there is the problem it stops at 22% and never goes any further even after 30 minutes wait.

is there anything i can do to fix this problem

you can delete the game data again yourself and try it over again.

there were times in the past when the updates would get stuck and you'd need to do this

it's a pain but it might sort you out
