i rented COD for a week and yes its a fun game but nothing compared to the complexity and strategic gameplay of MAG, but once finished with my week of rental (mostly to have a go at the story, but had a good go online too) i have come back to MAG and i have to say it is twice the game that COD will ever be,
but......
the numbers seem to have be cut down to pre 2.00 levels again. 2 guesses what 75% of my friends list is playing, so the official European Forum Raven clan [EFR] need some new dedicated members to play MAG with.
we are a good group of guys who like to have some fun and banter while playing a few games of what ever we all agree on playing (everyone in the group gets a say and we try to mix it up a bit). we try not to take things too serious but enjoy using teamwork and strategy to get around our enemy and do our best to win.

I myself, also picked up the game today. I had it when it came out, but I just couldn't get the hang of it. But I'm willing to give it another go. My last save file was with SVER. But I hate there weapons. So was thinking of joining Valor or Raven. I'd be up for trying out Raven just so I have some peeps from the forum to play with. I'm not great at the game at the minute though, as I I'm used to COD & BF.
Is it just me or does it take almost a full clip to take someone down in Mag? I think I'm to used to COD, where just shooting someone in the legs drops them like a sack of spuds.
