Sorry, yet another help thread but i looked at the other act 4 help thread but its further in the game and i didnt want to read on as it may spoil it for me (knowing how to do what the guy was aking). Im at the part where you have to fight the beast thing. Whats the best way to do this? Last night i stayed up in the tower things but the FROGS kept seeing me and i had to keep fighting them and the beast thing. Plus its a massive blizzard and the Solid Eye kept running out of power, so it was just my luck that when it was out of power she attacked lol Any help is much appreciated

Yeah i found that this was quite tricky also. You need to just keep running around until you start getting shot at with Wolfs Rail gun (then obviously you know shes close by). When you spot her, you need to get out a Sniper Rifle to hit her when she emerges from her armour to fire her gun. The frog guards also make this harder but you'll crack it

Don't stop in a single place, but keep moving.

To beat Crying Wolf, I just ran around with Night Vision on, and looked for her, then was careful to get out of the way before she knocked me over. Repeat.

Also, if you're running low on health, there should be a Ration under the van that you can see on the right when you gain control at the start of the fight.

Your best bet, which uses patience and allows you to only be hit twise (if that) is to run and hide under the truck to your right. Crawl to the front and pop a few FROGS to kill some time. Eventually the boss will stop in front of you allowing for an incredibly easy shot. If you play the battle this way it should take no longer than 10 minutes and you shouldn't die!

If you have only got 1 battery for the solid eye you can get more from the briefings. From the main menu go to briefings and view each one, when you are watching them and they split into 3 screens, if you press select it shows you some controls. The best thing to do is press square to switch to the Mk II or Mk III, then press triangle to make it the main screen and L2 to give full screen. For each briefing if you search the nomad you can find allsorts, including batteries - I now have 6. That should sort out your power issues. Don't forget to save when you go back to the main menu - it won't overwrite your game it just saves any items you've collected.

For the wolf battle, I just lay in the snow with NV mode and killed the FROGs when they came near, and sniped wolf when I saw her open the suit. I have read that someone said if you hide under the truck she can't hit you but you get a perfect shot of her, though I'm not sure cos I haven't tried that yet.

OK thanks everyone. I'll hide under the truck when i next play on it and let you all know how i got on. FurryFreak thanks for that i didnt know you could find batteries for the Solid Eye. I knew you could use Mark II/III to move about but i never thought items would be hidden lol

Yeah that's what I did. Go under the truck on your right and just wait, after a while she appears and then just pop her with the mosin nagant (should get 2 shots in each time she appears). Should be able to do it on full health.

Only way to get hit is when she runs and drops grenades by you but that's just "move to righ, move to left" to avoid, simple.

What about the fight with Vamp?? 

I killed him 3 times but of course he keeps regenerating then the fourth time i died....

Could some1 help plz?? what am i suppose to do to kill him ?? he's immortal

i used the rpg launcher i found in another level on the beast.

as for vamp

- a minor hint would be that you have something in your inventory which will help greatly against his nanomachine regeneration.
