Ok i have looked for this in the threads but i cant find it so could anyone help.

I have only just started playing MGO and was wondering how the scoring works.

I also see that some people have thousands of points (i understand they must be playing a lot but)

I have played about ten games and i seem to come 1st or 2nd but only have a total of 100 on TDM

If the answer is just PLAY MORE.

in MGO you earn points for scoring kills (three points) but lose points for dying (2 points) you will also earn extra points for stunning an enemy without killing them (CQC, tranquilisers) headshots, winning the game, completeing game objectives (in sneaking mission for an example, the objective is to kill snake/ atain three dog tags). if you struggle to gain many points use this advice when you spot your enemy.

Remember this is a stealth game play it safe and take your time with your kills. Be aware of your shadow and all other surrounding, learn skills that benefit you gaming style and just have some fun.

Also the surival mode at weekends seems to be a good way to pick up points
