do you think kojima san has added any new easter eggs to the collection.. i might have seen one but im not sure.

i know on the origional MGS3 on ps2 when u selected " i like MGS2" snake had a raiden mask on. but on the HD collection i selected "i like MGS3" and on snakes air fed mask it said. " metal gear solid 3 snake eater"

Have they balls, if they couldn't be bothered with new controls or pausable cutscens then they aren't going to bother with easter eggs.

The mask says that regardless, its simply better graphics.

They have retextured things in the game that had writing on. In the PS2 days developers could use cheeky shortcuts and rely on the distortion provided by televisions of the time. So basically " ||||II|II|I|I|II|II| " dashes like that can look like writing from far away. But in the HD age, simply up scaling the image would make it blurry nonsense.

Snake's mask definitely said words on it when before it was smudges that looked basically like letters. And with it being Koji Pros. I wouldn't think it so implausible for them to throw in a little quirky humour/easter egginess.

It's like what I said in the other topic, I saw on the door at the bottom of Strut A (and in other places), I'm sure it says something like: "Metal Gear 2: Guns of Patriots."

I swear it wasn't in the original haha but yeah, I dunno.

yeah as said in HD you notice more things,i for one had no idea Olga had a kickass scar across her face

I live in the UK & I got the limited edition but I've had probs with my game I've found glitches in MGS2. Here's my vid of some I came across on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=chNz52pbWXM 

(Update) OMG!!! These glitches are taking the mick now! I'm playing extreme mode on MGS 2 & I'm at the bomb disposal bit. I'm in the parcel room where you have to dispose the bomb on one of the boxes rotating round the room. But OMFG! There's no box what so ever going round at all! This vid shows some probs I've found but this has to be the biggest one yet. I've not even played the other 2 games yet & I don't think I'll bother. I can't believe this, I payed £70 for the limited edition of this game :-( Has anyone else had probs with theor game by any chance???

I sorry to say but I have not experienced any glitches on MGS2.
