None of the games had glitches for me, apart from MGS3 I saw through the floor because of the orbital camera they added to it. So I went back to using the Static Cameras.

Only problem I've really had was the framerate at times.
Glitches not meant to happen, one was during Fortune cutscene where the bugs weren't on the floor. Then when I played on Extreme (Like my 6th playthrough XD) they were finally there haha.

Purposeful glitches though... I aint tried all the ones I remember but seeing through walls on MGS3 I can confirm still works haha.
I'd expect the others to work too.
